Original bathroom. The client wanted to add a spa bath, separate shower at the window and a DIY store vanity unit with sink.
Initial designs with mood boards illustrating themes and elements.
It was decided to move the bath to the window wall and have a large zero entry infinity shower. The store bought vanity idea was changed to a bespoke unit with stunning feature sink.
The new bath location allowed for a larger spa bath. The mirror would incorporate high quality stereo marine speakers and blue tooth amp.
The shower would be a blue tooth/ Wifi valve allowing voice activation and personalised settings.
Underfloor heating was fitted, the large format floor tiles help create a feeling of space.
The bathroom was on a ground floor. The original concrete floor would need to be cut and removed for the shower tray and new plumbing. New floor insulation and DPM were fitted.
Textured tiles were added to contrast the wall/floor tiles. A bespoke bath panel was created in the same texture. This gives the bath a luxury built in appearance
These feature tiles were carefully chosen to complement the sink. This, together with the bath panel allowed texture to flow out into the room.
High quality brassware with a circular theme throughout.
The bespoke vanity was tiled to form part of the wall and integrate the mirror.
