Apartment Renovation

Our latest project is a basement and ground floor duplex apartment renovation.
The apartment boasts three bedrooms a garden and period features reflecting its industrial past.

All design and installation work is our own.

Six metre ceiling height meant getting high, medium and low level lighting from a single light fitting was a challenge.

The beautiful gothic arched window has a Wifi controlled blind for privacy. This is part of a complete smart home system which includes 5 zone underfloor heating, over 130 light fittings, 2 ovens, hob, convector heaters and a mesh Wifi.

The huge custom commissioned painting covers tuned acoustic cladding. This cladding dampens acoustic reverberation.

Blackpop design wall covering. The design is inspired by the New York impressionist movement of the 40's 50's and is perfect in this period apartment.

Italian porcelain, verdigris wall tiles, bring a New York element and match the brass fixtures. The fixtures have a hand knurled detail as a nod to the apartments industrial past.

Custom mirror with full demisting, custom built vanity unit.

Timber effect tiles and black brassware have a commercial edge. The heritage, snake skin, freestanding bath adds the rock star element of luxury.

Tile wrap arounds were carefully matched, attention to detail was essential throughout the entire apartment.

Fenix, soft touch, worktop creates a sleeker, slimline style, whilst offering the heat and scratch resistance of granite.

Smart lighting throughout, the system controls colour, brightness and animated lighting effects for every light in the home and allows moods and themes to be created for every room.
